They are carried out against agreed and weighted checklist criteria.
The audit includes a full review of the procedures and documentation as well as an
inspection of the food handling areas.
At the end of the audit the results are discussed with the management team who will
also be offered advice and guidance on improving their hygiene and safety performance.
The audit report is scored and provides traffic light results as well as a detailed
action plan.
Reports are provided on-line via the Resource Centre and clients can ‘close out’
completed action points by logging on using their secure password.
Group clients benefit from overview management reports that provide trend analysis,
drill-down reporting and strategic recommendation.
